You can view the real-time progress of the scraping process in the 'Live Progress' panel. This panel displays status updates and messages as the system scrapes the website and generates Q&A pairs. The output will indicate the current stage of the process, along with any potential errors or completion messages.

In the 'Cost Estimation' modal, after reviewing the cost estimate, check the box that says 'I understand and agree to the estimated cost for this processing'. Once checked, the 'Confirm and Process' button will become enabled. Click this button to start the scraping process, based on the displayed estimated cost.

After clicking the 'Start Scraping' button, a modal titled 'Cost Estimation' will appear. This modal displays a breakdown of the estimated costs associated with scraping and processing the website's content, including details for content analysis and cost breakdown. Make sure to review this information thoroughly before proceeding.

Clicking on the 'Import Processed Data to DB' button will trigger a confirmation modal. Within this modal, you will find a 'Cancel' button. Click this button to cancel the database import. This will prevent any further data processing from occurring. Alternatively, you can click the 'Confirm Import' button to accept the confirmation and begin to import the data.

In the 'Cost Estimation' modal, there is a 'Cancel' button at the bottom. If you are not comfortable with the estimated cost, click the 'Cancel' button. This will cancel the scraping process, and the system will not proceed further. You can then make adjustments or choose a different website. After you cancel, the "Start Scraping" button will be re-enabled and you can begin the scraping process again.

To clear the current output in the 'Live Progress' panel, simply click on the trash can icon located in the upper right corner of the panel. This will clear the existing text and prepare the panel for new output from future scraping sessions.

To copy the current output from the 'Live Progress' panel to your clipboard, click on the copy icon located in the upper right corner of the panel. This will copy all the text currently displayed in the panel, allowing you to paste it into another application or document.

To begin, ensure you have permission to scrape the target website. Check the confirmation box next to 'I confirm that I have obtained permission to scrape this website and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy'. Once checked, the 'Start Scraping' button will become enabled. Click this button to initiate the process, which automatically generates Q&A pairs from the website's content.

The 'Time' indicator in the 'Live Progress' section shows how long the scraping process has been running. The time is displayed in minutes and seconds (e.g., Time: 1:30 for one minute and thirty seconds).

After the scraping process finishes, an 'Import Processed Data to DB' button will appear at the bottom of the Live Progress panel. Click this button to begin the import process. You will be presented with a confirmation modal that includes important information regarding your responsibilities when using the content generated.

The 'Start Scraping' button is disabled by default to ensure you have the necessary permissions. To enable it, you must first check the box next to 'I confirm that I have obtained permission to scrape this website and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy'. After confirming your agreement and permission, the button will become active, allowing you to start the scraping process.

The status indicator, represented by a colored dot and text next to 'Status', shows the current state of the scraping process. A blue dot indicates the process is 'Running', a red dot indicates an 'Error', and a green dot indicates the process is 'Complete'. A gray dot means the system is 'Idle'.

In the 'Voting Statistics' section, you'll find two buttons: 'View Upvotes' and 'View Downvotes'. Clicking either button will redirect you to the chat interface, filtered to show only the chat sessions that received the corresponding type of vote. This allows you to review specific interactions. To view chat analysis data for a specific month, use the 'Selected Month' dropdown menu located at the top of the page. Simply click the dropdown and choose the month you wish to analyze. The dashboard will then automatically update to display the data for the selected month. Thank you!

You can easily browse through your chat history, which is organized by conversation sessions. Look for the section that displays your messages grouped by session, allowing you to review entire conversations in context. This provides a comprehensive view of your interactions.

You can track feedback by viewing your upvoted and downvoted conversations. These are accessible through specific filters or sections that categorize messages based on your feedback. This allows you to quickly review conversations that you found particularly helpful or unhelpful.

You can easily cancel out of the Q&A creation popup by clicking the 'Cancel' button located at the bottom of the form. Alternatively, you can click anywhere outside the Q&A form, or press the 'Escape' key on your keyboard. This will close the popup without saving any information.

To convert a conversation into a Q&A entry, locate the 'Convert to Q&A' button within the message you find valuable. This button is typically found at the bottom of the user message within a conversation. Clicking this button will open a form where you can refine the question and answer before saving it to the knowledge base. Please note that the URL field is required.

To use the search bar effectively, enter your search query in the input field labeled 'Search chat sessions...'. The system will filter and display sessions that match your search terms. You can search for keywords, phrases, or topics discussed within your chat history. After entering the search terms the displayed messages will automatically update to show the best matches.

To view the full conversation, find the session you're interested in and click on the session header. This action will expand the session, revealing all the messages exchanged within that session. The arrow on the right-hand side of the section header will change direction when the content is expanded.

Timestamps and session details are displayed within each message or conversation block. Look for the timestamp, usually located at the bottom of each message, to see when the message was sent. The session ID is provided at the top of each session block. These details help you track the chronology and context of your conversations.

You can close the Q&A modal by clicking the 'Cancel' button within the modal. Alternatively, you can also close the modal by clicking anywhere outside the modal window.

You can easily search through your chat history by using the search bar located at the top of the page. Simply type in any keywords from your queries or the responses you received, and then click the 'Search' button. The chat history will then display only the conversations containing those keywords. If you want to go back to the full chat history, click the 'Clear' button.

If you have used the search bar, you'll notice a 'Clear' button next to the 'Search' button. Clicking this 'Clear' button will remove your search query and display all of your chat conversations again, or it will return you to the selected session if one is selected.

To view a specific conversation, use the dropdown menu labeled 'Select a conversation...'. This menu lists all your previous chat sessions, each identified by its start date and time. Simply choose the session you're interested in, and the chat display will update to show only the messages from that session.

Within each conversation entry, you'll find a 'Convert to Q&A' button next to the timestamp of your messages. Click this button to open a popup where the question and answer fields are automatically populated with the selected messages. You can edit these fields, enter a URL, and save the question and answer for future reference by clicking the 'Save to Q&A' button.

After you click the 'Convert to Q&A' button, a pop-up window will appear with fields for 'Question', 'Answer', and 'URL'. The 'Question' and 'Answer' fields will be pre-filled with the corresponding messages from your chat history. You can then edit these fields and enter a relevant URL. To save the information, click the 'Save to Q&A' button. To discard, click the 'Cancel' button.

To proceed with your subscription payment, please click the 'Proceed to Payment' button (or 'Test Payment' if you're in test mode). This will securely redirect you to Stripe's payment processing page where you can enter your payment details.

If you are in test mode, you can simulate different payment scenarios using the test cards provided in the yellow information box, such as cards that will result in a declined payment, authentication required or insufficient funds. Use these cards to confirm payment workflow and handling.

Once you click the 'Proceed to Payment' (or 'Test Payment') button, you will be redirected to a secure page hosted by Stripe. Stripe handles all payment information securely. Follow the instructions on that page to complete your payment. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to our site to verify your subscription.

You will enter your payment details on a secure page hosted by Stripe. Once you click the 'Proceed to Payment' or 'Test Payment' button, you'll be automatically redirected there. We do not handle or store your payment information directly on our site.

Your current contact information is displayed in the 'Current Contact Information' section below the update form. This section shows your website URL, address, email address, and phone number. If any of the fields are listed as 'Not Set', it means no information has been saved for that field yet. You may click on your Website, Email and Phone to navigate or trigger other applications.

To update your address, please type your complete address into the 'Address' field. You can use multiple lines to format your address by pressing the Enter key where needed. After clicking the 'Update Contact Information' button, the system will save the information you've provided in the Website URL, Address, Email Address, and Phone Number fields. You'll receive a success message if the update is successful. If there are any issues, you'll see an error message explaining the problem, such as an invalid URL or a missing field. Please ensure all fields are filled correctly and try again.

After filling in all the required fields and agreeing to the terms of service and privacy policy, click the 'Create Account' button at the bottom of the form. This will submit your registration details, and your account will be created. After successful creation, you will be redirected for the payment process.

Once you select a package from the 'Choose Package' dropdown, the details of the selected package, such as monthly chats, Q&A entries, navigation links, live sessions, indexed pages and content blocks, will be displayed in the 'Package Details' section. This helps you understand the features and limits associated with the package you have selected.

If you already have an account, you can click the 'Sign in' link located at the bottom of the form. This will redirect you to the login page where you can enter your existing credentials to access your account.

If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, after submitting your email and password you will be prompted to enter a 2FA code. To do so, please click inside the text box labeled 'Enter 2FA Code'. A cursor will appear, allowing you to type in the code you received via your authenticator app or email. Then, please click on the 'Verify 2FA Code' to complete the login process. Thank you!

The 'Stay signed in' checkbox, when selected, will keep you logged into your Cognitium account even after you close your browser or turn off your computer. This can save you time by avoiding the need to re-enter your login credentials each time you want to access Cognitium. If you're new to Cognitium and need to create an AI integration, you can get started by clicking the 'Get started here' link located below the login button. This will take you to the registration page where you can create a new account and begin setting up your AI integration. Thank you!

You can close the 'Edit Link' modal by clicking the 'Cancel' button within the modal, or by clicking the 'X' icon located in the top right corner of the modal. Alternatively, you can also close the modal by clicking anywhere outside the modal window or by pressing the 'Escape' key on your keyboard. These actions will close the modal without saving any changes.

To add a new link, please use the 'Add New Link' form. You'll need to provide a 'Question' that the link answers, a detailed 'Answer' explaining the topic, and a valid 'URL' pointing to a resource with more information. Once you've filled out all the fields, click the 'Add Link' button to save it.

To delete a link, find the link you want to remove in the 'Your Links' section. Each link card has a 'Delete' button. Clicking this button will prompt you to confirm the deletion. If you're sure you want to delete the link, confirm the action. Please be aware that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

To edit a link, find the link you want to change in the 'Your Links' section. Each link card has an 'Edit' button. Click this button to open the 'Edit Link' modal. Here you can modify the 'Question', 'Answer', and 'URL' fields. After making your changes, click the 'Save Changes' button to update the link. If you decide not to make changes, you can click the 'Cancel' button to close the modal without saving.

You can use the search bar located above the 'Your Links' section to quickly find specific links. Enter keywords related to the 'Question', 'Answer', or 'URL' of the link you're looking for, and then click the 'Search' button. The list of links will be filtered to show only the links that match your search terms.

After clicking the 'Visit Link' button on a link card, the URL associated with that link will open in a new tab or window of your web browser. This allows you to easily access and review the content that the link points to without leaving the current page.

To add a new Q&A, please use the 'Add New Q&A' form located on the page. You'll need to fill in three fields: 'Question', 'Answer', and 'URL'. The 'Question' field should contain the question you want to add. The 'Answer' field should provide a detailed explanation or response to the question. The 'URL' field should include a valid web address that is relevant to the Q&A. Once you have filled in all the fields, click the 'Add Q&A' button to submit your new entry. Please ensure that the URL is correctly formatted (e.g., starts with 'https://').

If you open the 'Edit Q&A' modal but decide you don't want to change anything, you have a few options to close it. You can click the 'Cancel' button located within the modal. Alternatively, you can click the 'X' icon in the top right corner of the modal, or click anywhere outside the modal window. Each of these actions will close the modal and return you to the main Q&A management page without saving any changes.

To delete a Q&A, find the Q&A you wish to remove in the 'Your Q&As' section. Each Q&A is shown as a card with its question, answer, and URL. On each card, there's a 'Delete' button. Clicking this button will prompt a confirmation message asking if you're sure you want to delete the Q&A. If you are certain, confirm the deletion, and the Q&A will be permanently removed from the system. Please note that this action is irreversible.

To edit an existing Q&A, locate the Q&A you wish to modify in the 'Your Q&As' section. Each Q&A is displayed as a card with its question, answer, and URL. On each card, you will find an 'Edit' button. Click this button to open the 'Edit Q&A' modal. In the modal, you can modify the 'Question', 'Answer', and 'URL' fields. After making your changes, click the 'Save Changes' button to update the Q&A. If you decide not to make any changes, you can click the 'Cancel' button, or click outside the modal to return to the main page without saving.

To search for specific Q&As, use the search bar provided above the listed Q&As. You can enter keywords or phrases related to the questions, answers, or URLs you are looking for. After entering your search query, click the 'Search' button. The system will then display the Q&As that match your search criteria. The search function checks for matches in the question, answer, and URL fields, allowing you to find relevant Q&As quickly.

The 'Total Q&As Allowed' indicator shows the maximum number of Q&A entries you are permitted to create based on your current package. The 'Q&As Used' indicator shows the number of Q&A entries you have already created. This helps you keep track of how many more entries you can add. If you reach the 'Total Q&As Allowed' limit, you may need to upgrade your package to add more Q&As.

You can find a record of your previous payments in the 'Payments' section. This section contains a table listing each payment, including the Payment Intent, Amount, Status, and Creation Date. If no payments are listed, a message will indicate that you have no payments recorded.

You can view your subscription history under the 'Subscriptions' section. This section displays a table listing each subscription, including its Subscription ID, Status, Period Start, Period End, Creation Date, and Last Updated date. If you don't see a table, a message will indicate that you have no active subscriptions.

Each invoice entry displays the Invoice ID, the associated Subscription ID (if applicable), the Amount Due along with the currency, the current Status of the invoice, the Date Created indicating when the invoice was generated, and the Date Updated showing when the invoice was last modified.

For each subscription, the table displays the Subscription ID, the current Status of the subscription, the Period Start date, the Period End date, the Creation Date indicating when the subscription was created, and the Last Updated date showing when the subscription was most recently modified.

For each payment, you can view the Payment Intent (a unique identifier for the payment), the Amount paid along with the currency, the current Status of the payment, and the Creation Date indicating when the payment was processed.

Your invoice history is available in the 'Invoices' section. A table lists each invoice with details like Invoice ID, Subscription ID, Amount Due, Status, Date Created, and Date Updated. If no invoices are listed, a message will inform you that you have no invoices yet.

To delete all logs at once, simply click the 'Delete All Logs' button. Please be aware that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove all log entries. A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to proceed.

The process logs display system operations information. You can browse through these detailed logs to get insights into how the system is functioning. The logs are displayed in a grid format for easy viewing.

To delete a single log entry, locate the specific log you wish to remove and click the trash icon (delete button) associated with that log. A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to proceed with deleting the log.

Use the pagination controls located at the bottom of the log list to navigate between different pages. Click on the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons to move backward or forward through the pages. Numbered buttons are also displayed to jump to a specific page number.

You can view the details for each section (Received Data, LLM Prompt, LLM Response, Error) by clicking on the corresponding section header. This will expand the section to display the complete details. Clicking the header again will collapse the section to hide the details.

You can select a different month by using the dropdown menu located in the header section of the dashboard. Simply click on the dropdown, and choose the month you wish to view. The dashboard will automatically update to display data for the selected month.

To enter your email address, please click on the 'Email Address' field located in the 2FA setup form. A text cursor will appear, allowing you to type in your email address. Please ensure that the email address you enter is the one associated with your Cognitium account.

To enter your password, please click on the 'Password' field in the 2FA setup form. A text cursor will appear, allowing you to type in your password. For security reasons, the characters you type will likely be masked (e.g., displayed as asterisks or dots). Please enter the correct password associated with your Cognitium account.

To enter the 2FA code, please locate the 'Enter 2FA Code' field in the 2FA Verification form. Click inside this field, and a text cursor will appear, allowing you to type in the code you received via email. Please ensure that you enter the code correctly.

After you have entered your email address and password in the respective fields, please click on the 'Send 2FA Code' button. This will submit your information, and a 2FA code will be sent to your registered email address. Please ensure that you have entered your email and password correctly before submitting.

After entering the 2FA code into the 'Enter 2FA Code' field, please click the 'Verify 2FA Code' button. This will submit the code for verification. If the code is correct and has not expired, Two-Factor Authentication will be enabled for your account.

Once you receive the 2FA code in your email, locate the 'Enter 2FA Code' field in the 2FA Verification form. Click on the field, and a text cursor will appear, allowing you to type in the 2FA code you received. After entering the code, click the 'Verify 2FA Code' button to complete the verification process.

The 'message-container' is a designated area that displays feedback regarding your actions. If your action was successful, a green box with a success message will appear. If there was an error, a red box containing an error message will be displayed within this container.

If the 2FA code you enter is incorrect, an error message will be displayed in a red box to inform you. A new 2FA code will automatically be sent to your registered email address, and you can try again with the new code.

After clicking the 'Send 2FA Code' button, a 2FA code will be sent to the email address you provided in the 'Email Address' field. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for an email from Cognitium Support containing the code.

Yes, you can attach a file to your support ticket to provide additional context or documentation. To attach a file, click on the 'Choose File' button under the 'Attachment (optional)' section. The system supports files in PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, and PNG formats. The maximum file size allowed is 5MB. Please ensure your file meets these criteria before uploading.

To add a response or update to an existing support ticket, first view the ticket details by clicking the 'View' button in the 'Actions' column. In the modal window that appears, locate the 'Your Response' text area in the response form and type your message. You can optionally attach a file. Then, click the 'Submit Response' button to submit your update.

If you decide you do not want to submit a response you're typing, click the 'Cancel' button in the response form within the ticket modal. This will close the ticket modal without submitting your response.

Your existing support tickets are displayed in the 'Your Support Tickets' section, located below the 'Create New Support Ticket' section. The tickets are presented in a table format, allowing you to easily review their status, priority, and other details.

When creating a new support ticket, you can select the priority level using the 'Priority' dropdown menu. The options are 'Low,' 'Medium,' 'High,' and 'Urgent.' Please choose the priority that best reflects the urgency of your issue. Note that selecting a higher priority for non-urgent issues may delay overall response times.

If a support ticket has been resolved and you no longer require assistance, you can close the ticket by clicking the 'Close' button in the 'Actions' column for that ticket. Please note that the 'Close' button will only appear for tickets with the status 'resolved', 'in_progress', or 'on_hold'.

The priority of each support ticket is indicated by a color-coded label. 'Urgent' tickets are marked in red, 'High' tickets are marked in orange, 'Medium' tickets are marked in yellow, and 'Low' tickets are marked in green. These colors provide a quick visual indication of the urgency of your ticket.

The status of each support ticket is indicated by a color-coded label. 'Open' tickets are marked in red, 'In Progress' tickets are marked in yellow, 'On Hold' tickets are marked in orange, 'Resolved' tickets are marked in green, and 'Closed' tickets are marked in gray. These colors provide a quick visual indication of the current status of your ticket.

You can provide a detailed description of your issue in the 'Description' text area. This is a larger text box located under the 'Subject' field. Please include as much relevant information as possible to help the support team understand and resolve your issue efficiently.

To select a department for your new support ticket, please click on the 'Select Department' dropdown menu. A list of available departments will appear. Simply click on the department that best relates to your issue. This helps ensure your ticket is routed to the appropriate support team.

Once you have filled in all the required fields (Department, Priority, Subject, and Description) and attached any relevant files, click on the 'Submit Ticket' button. This button is located at the bottom of the form. Clicking this button will submit your ticket to the support team for review.

To view the detailed information of a specific support ticket, locate the ticket in the 'Your Support Tickets' table and click the 'View' button in the 'Actions' column for that ticket. This will open a modal window containing the full details of the ticket, including the subject, description, communication history, and more.

For each support ticket, the table displays the following information: Ticket ID & Subject, Department, Status, Priority, Assigned To, Last Updated, SLA status, and available Actions. This information helps you quickly understand the current status and details of each ticket.

You can enter the subject of your support ticket in the 'Subject' field. This field is a text input box located directly under the priority selection. Please provide a brief and descriptive subject that summarizes the issue you are experiencing.

After you've made your changes, click the <span class="px-2 py-0.5 bg-green-600 text-white rounded text-xs font-medium">Save All Prompts</span> button located at the bottom of the form. This will save any modifications you have made to the system prompts. It will update all the fields

To edit the system prompts, simply type your desired text directly into the provided text fields: Pre-Prompt, Instructions, and JSON Template. You can enter any text you like in these fields; JSON formatting is optional.

Each message displayed has a close button (an 'X' icon) on the right side. Simply click this button to dismiss the message. The message will fade out before disappearing.

After clicking <span class="px-2 py-0.5 bg-green-600 text-white rounded text-xs font-medium">Save All Prompts</span>, a success or error message will briefly appear to confirm whether your changes have been successfully saved or if any issues occurred during the update process. These messages appear at the top of the page.

You will find three main text areas for editing your system prompts. These are labeled 'Pre-Prompt', 'Instructions', and 'JSON Template'. Each field is clearly marked, providing ample space to input your desired prompt configurations.

No, the system does not enforce JSON validation. You are free to enter any text, whether it is valid JSON or plain text, into the designated text fields.

You can monitor the data collection progress in the 'Live Progress' section. This section includes a progress bar that displays the percentage of completion and a status message that provides real-time updates on the current stage of the data collection process.
